training sessions
We have two training sessions running on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Friday 6.30 pm-7.30 pm : Beginners and Lower grades

Friday 7.30 pm-8.30 pm : Advanced Grades

Tuesday 7.30 pm-8.30 pm : Advanced grades only.
Training starts from age 6+

We encourage families to exercise together.  Adults and Juniors can train at the same time but in different age groups.
